Prolonging Wieremny Wwoz (custom papers) for car in Russia

Hey

I entered Russia last year from Mongolia
Since then keep my car in garage in Khabarowsk.
Received 12months Wieremny Wwoz (custom clearance for car to stay in Eurasian union)

Question1: May I prolong it somehow in customs office in Khabarowsk or Yakutsk to get extension of it ?

If answer is no I must make extra 2000km to get to Mongolian border (assume CHinese border wont do as I cant get in with a car anyway...)
then

Question2: May i just come to Russia/Mongolia border crossing and ask for prolongation or do I have to physically leave the union territory (border circus, double entry visa etc.)?

Question 2a: If I leave Russia can I immediately come back and will recieve 1 year again (do I need to go through Mongolian customs and border check or can I immediately turn back to Russia ?

Hi, did you get any information on this issue? We have our car in Russia due to Corona since 14 months and need a solution like this too... Due to CoVid border is closed...
