Travel time between Sary Mogul to Murghab?

Hi guys

My first post here. Have been a silent watcher until now reading all the content
We are doing Osh > Bishkek > Osh Pamir route in 2 weeks.. around 7th July 2017

Google Maps shows travel time between Sary Mogul and Murghab as 3.5 hours for 254 kms! That sounds impossible, right? Or is that really true? We are in a self drive 4WD

Of course, I am not counting border crossing time here.. That is up to the mercy of the amazing guards.. but we are from India so we know a thing or two about handling corruption

Yeah, from Sary Mogul it will be closer to 6 hours, I would imagine.
