Shared car Osh to Murghab-location and pricing

Hi

I am planning to take a shared car,jeep or taxi in Osh around 9. August to get to Murghab. I am a solo traveler.
2 points I am not entirely clear about :
-pricing : approx USD 30 is given as standard in this forum, yet I have received quotes from several tour operators for as much as USD 250 for just me. I have then asked and they said they would find a car but did not specify for which price-are they really reliable to get a car for approx 2000 soms even in August?
-my understanding is that if you do not find a car via a tour operator or guesthouse, you then have to get a shared taxi by yourself in Osh. Can you confirm that the place where you have to go is Zainabetdinova street by the bazaar? several independent travelers have reported having had difficulties to find the place where cars for Murghab depart. Some mention a farm outside of Osh called Alai, or Alai bazar? is this information still relevant? I have tried to find that place on the internet but couldn't.

Obviously the price for a single seat in a share vehicle that seats 6 or 7 is going to be different than the price for a chartered vehicle hired through a tour operator that also takes a cut.

I believe the information about the taxi stand for Murghab being in central Osh is outdated and at least partially incorrect, as I think most/all taxis have moved to a location a few kilometers outside of Osh on the road to Sary Tash. I'm sure your guesthouse can clarify.

Okay I may not have been clear with my question but the USD 250 pricing was also for a shared car, that's why I was confused.

I think there may have been a miscommunication with the agency you talked to. No agency is going to charge $250 per seat for a ride from Osh to Murghab.
