I last had one around the end of 2013 so I would be overdue for another one however I've already been close to 2 years in Asia and they aren't available here in Kazakhstan! Will it be extremely risky to travel into rural areas without?
Is Meningitis important (and if so, available?) in Central Asia?
Then there's the Rabies debate that I've read on some other posts here - but since it's super expensive around here it's probably not worth the risk. Agree or disagree?
Otherwise I've had Hep A/B, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) and DTP (tetanus) done - is there anything else I'm missing that would be important?

Re: The risks of cycling through Central Asia without a Typhoid Vaccination?
It's all about chances.
Meningitis: the main tick season peak is over, so chances are reduced.
Rabies: if you do not get bitten by a dog your chances of contracting it are very close to 0.
Typhoid: Mostly an issue in Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
