Is the road, border or area open and accessible to foreigners? Is there danger?

Kyrgyzstan covid quarantine?

Post by bukhari917 »

Hello. I am Pakistani national currently in the Netherland. I just received Kyrgz E visa (I did not have any invitation or sponsor letter). I requested for April (01-04-2020 - 30-04-2020) but they sent me approval for 27-10-2020 to 26-11-2020) so I will travel next week.
Is anywhere aware if there is a mandatory quarantine? I am going for 1 week. I will travel from NL which is not an approved Nationality but i am Pakistani national. I believe there will be no problem as IATA says Kyrgyz approved nationalities of certain countries and there is no mention of residency. Does anyone see any problem in it?
Also can someone explain registration process?

No quarantine AFAIK. Only Covid test: A negative PCR test, taken no more than 72 hours before your arrival by flight or 120 hours before crossing a land border, is required for all foreign nationals entering Kyrgyzstan. In case of flight delays or extended transit exceeding 72 hours the passenger must take a PCR test upon arrival to the country.
