Border crossing - vehicle # plate and passport not from same country

Is the road, border or area open and accessible to foreigners? Is there danger?

Border crossing - vehicle # plate and passport not from same country

Hello!
was wondering whether you could help me with information or experience on the border crossing regarding my planned road trip through Central Asia (AZ, TK, UZ, TJ, KG, KZ)..
I have a french number plate on the motorcycle but i'm carrying a Latvian passport. The bike is on my name of course.
Taking in account that i get all (or most) visas beforehand and the Carnet de Passage for my bike, would the boarder guards look with suspicion on my "non-matching" passport with the number plate?

Should be fine, I drive a kazakh license plate with a belgian passport np so far. Know many other people in the same situation. Ok.
