Applying for a INDIA Visa in PAKISTAN

Hey folks,
I'm currently traveling on road from Kirigstan via China and Pakistan to India and don't got my Indian Visa yet.
I know I can apply online for 30 days. But does anybody of you know if I can get a 6 month visa for India in Pakistan?

I read you are going "on road", what does it mean?
How are you going from Pakistan to India? Flying? Bus? On your own vehicle?

AFAIK, evisa is good only for flying to 24 airoports and for 3 seaports, so you can't cross Wagah border on a evisa.
Some guy travelling with me in China last august applied for India visa in Islamabad and got 6 months double entry, some others applied in Bishkek and got 6 month multiple.

If you are in Kyrgyzstan, I suggest you to try to get visa in Bishkek...

Do you have the Pak visa yet ? If yes, would you be so kind as to tell where and how you got it ?

I will apply in Bishkek, makes things easier I guess. But still, it will take 2 weeks time :/
However, if somebody got his Indian Visa in Islamabad please share your experiences with us.

Apparently getting the visa in Bishkek takes only 4 to 5 working days. So if you apply on Monday, latest on Friday you have your visa.
