Sending a package from Bishkek to Dushanbe

Does anyone know how to send a package from Bishkek to Dushanbe? I will be starting a bike trip in Bishkek and am hoping I can somehow get a spare set of tires to Dushanbe.

Tajikistan has banned DHL and others, so the Kyrgyz national mail service will be your only option.
