HELP!! Hospital/private clinic in Osh?

Hi all,

My boyfriend is very sick and we'd like to go see a doctor. Does anyone know of any reputable clinics, ideally a private clinic or a place where expats go? I've done lots of research but so far, all I can find is the public hospital. Does anyone have experience with medical care here? We are quite desperate and would like to go to the clinic tomorrow, if possible.

Also, does anyone know if you need a prescription for azithromycin (the antibiotic)?

Get in contact with Osh guesthouse - they had a doctors number up on the wall I noticed yesterday

Depending on what "very sick" really means, I'd get in touch with your embassy, as they usually have a list of reputable doctors. Sometimes it's limited to the capital (Bishkek) though. Or is a "DIY medical evacuation" to Bishkek an option as well maybe?
