Bayzhansay Ghost Town

I'm searching for some information how to visit the Bayzhansay Ghost Town.
I think about traveling with train and make a one day stop in schymkent. Anybody know how to get to Bayzhansay Ghost Town from schymkent? are there any tours? can i go there with simple taxi or do i need 4WD? Anybody can estimate the taxi price?

Spent some time googling up in Russian but didn`t find any practical information besides that it is 135 km from Shymkent and bunch of journalists going there for a photo trip. https://www.fergananews.com/articles/8554

I now have an offer for a daytrip from Schymkent to Bayzhansay Ghost Town. 85USD. I think this is a good offer. The guide wrote to me that we will need 4wd from a nearby town and that the road is very bad. I will go September 24-27 approximately. If anyone want to go with me. Let me know

It is only possible to go with organized tour or you can use taxi or something similar for Bayzhansay Ghost Town and Ak-Mosque cave?
85usd for tour is on head or on car?
