Olgii Eagle Festival

Hi,

I want to go to this festival in early october.

Does anyone know:

1. How to get tickets to the festival ?
2. Getting accommodation during this period? Is it possible to stay with locals?
3. Do I need a special permit for the festival?

Any help much appreciated!
