I'm planning a trip to Central Asia in the second half of October - I want to visit the 3 main cities of Uzbekistan, and hike in Kyrgyzstan. I'm a woman travelling solo without camping gear.
Do you have any suggestions for 3-7 days hikes in Kyrgyzstan that can be done? I would love to stay at yurts/home-stays, I'm okay with hiking by myself/with a group/horse back riding. Would you recommend not doing a hike but rather driving the Pamir highway?
