Can any one here help me, How can i transfer or exchange funds From turkmenistan to UAE. All my Money is in the Account. And i Want to transfer is to UAE. Any Advice Please

Easiest will be if you pick it up in Turkmenistan. I don't know any other way to be honest.

but bank dont gives withdrawal for big amount
eg:- like 4000000 UAE dhirams.
there is a limit of withdraw.

Hello, if you money is in a Turkmen account, it will be super difficult to cash it out. Here are the one of the possible scenarios: 1) You will need find a local company or an individual who can help you with that. All companies have trouble cashing their money as well, so it will be super difficult for you to do that. But if you offer a really low rate, then they may help you. Basically, you will send your funds to the receiver's account and the receiver will send USD or AED to your account from an offshore account. It is possible and if you are really patient and willing to get the portion of your money on black market rate, then text me and I may present this issue to my connections. In short, it is possible. But it will require a mutual trust and a long chain of documentation etc.
