Flights between Stans

I am just doing some research on flights between these countries and the prices seem high to me. Are there any specific airlines people use to find the best deals? Perhaps the search engine I am using doesn't have the smaller, more obscure options. Mainly I would be interested in flights between Baku, Ashgabat, Dushanbe, and Moscow. Thanks

There are few cheap flights like in Europe or Asia. Exceptions are in Kazakhstan with new cheap flights company and Bishkek - Osh flights. Everything else is expensive or does not exist.
