Assistance Purchasing Vehicle in Central Asia

After a three week Pamir Hwy trip this summer, I'm looking to return to the region for an extended visit in early 2025.

Given that I would like the freedom to cross borders at will and the length of the stay, I'm looking to purchase and register a vehicle in one of the central Asian countries to use while I'm there.

Does anyone have any recommendations on anyone to in the region who could assist with finding and registering a car, and ultimately storing or selling?
