Hi,
we (German citizens) tried to get a russian tourist or transit visa in Indonesia for going home by train from Uzbekistan after a year travelling.
Unfortunately the only answer we could get was:
"Hi German citizen can not make russian tourist visa in indonesia, unless they work in indonesia"
Sadly we'll will fly home now this July.
