Poperechnoe Uba festival

In the course of July we are planning a holiday in North-East Kazakhstan.

We learned about the existence of the Uba festival in the village of Poperechnoe.

Unfortunately we could not find when this festival takes place in 2019.

Can someone provide us with this information?

The festival will be on 7th of July in Poperechnoe village. There should be busses from Ridder.
