We are happy to offer our new concept of short tours and excursions in Zeravshan region. Dive into local life of Khujandis by walking the streets filled with history, learn to cook a real Khujandi plov and bake bread from scratch. We will start at Panjshanbe bazaar where we pick fresh local ingredients for our delicious plov and later guide you through preparation process. On the second day we drive to Mastchoh village where we learn how to bake fresh sambusas and tandoori bread!
You will leave our city full of impressions and most importantly with newly acquired skills!

Day 1. Plov
8:00 Meeting the group at Panjshanbe bazaar. Introducing the market, grocery shopping for the master class.
9:00-11:00 Visiting the historical museum & house museum of Kamoli Khujandi.
11:00-12:00 Master class on Plov cooking at the house –museum.
12:00-14:00 Lunch. Degustation of plov
14:00-15:00 Break. Visiting “Zarafshon” Center & trying special “Zerafshani” tea.
15:00-18:00 Visiting cultural palace “Arbob”. After we stop at a lake and walk on the shores.
18:00-19:00 Dinner at the traditional restaurant.
19:00 Return to the hotel.
Day 2. Bread and pastry baking
8:00-9:00 “Flavored breads”. Walking on the old streets part of Khujand – Panjshanbe. Enjoying bread baking at the traditional bakery. Trying fresh bread from the “tanur” (traditional oven).
9:00-13:00 Transfer to Mastchoh. The place of famous breads. Dinner at the local homestay. Having different meals made with different types of local breads. After the dinner return to Khujand.
14:00-17:00 Master class on Sambusa making by chef! Sambusa with meat, greens, pumpkin (depends on the season).
17:00-18:00 Degustation of the sambusa with the special herbal tea “Zarafshon” at “Zarafshon” Center.
