Indira is a fresh face in Kazakhstan’s tourism industry. She loves unusual requests and is always coming up with original tour ideas, like a visit to Ekibastuz’ giant coal mine, or Kazakhstan’s first ladies-only tour. She has a background in finance and marketing in the corporate field, so high service and attention to details come first.
She loves sharing the food culture of Kazakhstan, and getting people into the ‘real’ Kazakhstan. Whenever we get a request where we think “oh God, how are we going to do that? Is that even possible?” – we send it to Indira. 2 days later, we get a fully-worked out tour program boomeranged into our inbox.

Thank you ever so much for arranging our tour to Ekibastuz coal mine. The whole group had a lovely day and gave great feedback, saying that they had really enjoyed themselves.
We did a three-day tour of Altyn-Emel and Charyn Canyon with an excellent guide and driver, Vladimir, organised by Indira. Indira also provided many, many suggestions for the rest of our stay in Kazakhstan, always made sure we were okay, gave us tips for transportation, visits, shopping, touring, was in close contact with us all the way and at all hours (I think she doesn’t sleep, ever), arranged for a transfer from the Kazakh border to the Kyrgyz town of Karakol, hiring a driver, Yryzbek, we ended liking so much we hired him for two more days. Indira wields her smart phone like a magic wand!
My wife and I had a great time in Burabay! Our tour guide was great, and they shared lots of interesting history and stories about the area. We really enjoyed all of the walks, and the area has some very beautiful nature. The air was very refreshing, and this is a great place to visit if you want to relax. The Botay houses were especially interesting, and it was fascinating to see how people lived many thousands of years ago. Thanks very much for organizing a great tour for us!
Ksenya’s guided walking tour was very good. But the tour covered some part of Almaty City. I wish we had longer one which can cover northern part of historical city as well as various parts. At any rate it was one of the beneficial parts of my travel in Almaty. I hope I will come back again.
We are a group of 6 Seniors from Toronto, Canada visiting Almaty for three days. We booked one full day travel to Charyn Canyons through Irina. Our contact person Indira was extremely helpful and most efficient in replying to all my emails promptly.
Our transport was arranged by the travel company and the driver/guide “Vladimir” was a blessing to us. An extremely nice and decent person with lots of knowledge of the place. We are very much thankful to him and his remarkably good manner throughout the 9 hours trip. We wish him all happiness and joy in his life.
