We specialise in bespoke luxury and various thematic tours (trekking/hiking, religious, educational, MICE and etc.) along with standard classical tours not only in Uzbekistan but over Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
We try to follow strictly a “green policy” (for example: our vehicles switch off their engines when they stop for photo shooting; our guides try to use less transport services wherever possible but at the same time clients should not be disturbed by it; our drivers & guides dispose plastic dishes & papers in special places).

I spoke recently with our client who travelled recently to Uzbekistan with us (and her husband). She had some great feedback which I wanted to share;
First of all, the couple appreciated your availability by phone 24/7. Whenever they called to clarify, you picked up your phone and reconfirmed timings and venues!
They found all of their female guides extraordinary! Really couldn’t praise them high enough 😊
Enjoyed the location of the Emirkhan Hotel and really liked the location and rooms at Sasha & Son’s.
Jipek Joly they found a nice family style hotel and whilst they enjoyed the Malika Khievak they did say the breakfast was so-so but its location was ideal.
The last point they made which we also discussed in our meeting was the border crossings. My colleague-Mark is working on updating the product descriptions for the border crossings, so hopefully this will better prepare our travellers.
Overall, they had a great trip which met all their expectations. Thank you for all of your hard work and please do pass on the good feedback to your guides and drivers.

Hotels:
Shodlik Palace: Breakfast needs some variety.
Jipek Joli, Nukus: good
Euro Asia Hotel, Chiwa: very nice
Bibi-Khanym Hotel, Buchara: very very nice, whole atmosphere was great, cosy, room was a little dark;
Yurt camp, Yangikazgan: you have to get used to this kind of experience, to get tot he toilets you have to walk through the whole camp, at night it was very cold, but nice atmosphere, bonfire and singer was nice.
Guesthouse, Sentyab: it was really exotic: for toilet she had to cross the yard, surrounding area and location was fantastic, excellent food!!!
Guides:
Taschkent: was able to speak good German, but was too shy… We know that it is a part of culture 😊
Buchara: he was very proud of his city and created the real atmosphere of Bukhara of Middle Ages!
Driver Buchara to Taschkent (Azim): great, sometimes they were driving without guide, didn’t speak the same language but had a great time together, felt like a friend
Samarkand: Cute Korean lady, German speaking! Nice!

Me and my husband would like to thank you and your company for the perfect organisation of our trip! We really enjoyed it. Especially, staying with a local family in Nurata area was something. Please pass our special thanks to the hostess-Mrs. Rakhina.
