Uzbek Trains Website Payment issues

Hello! I am returning to Uzbekistan this March and trying to book train tickets for myself and some friends. I did this online via the official website four years ago but this time the site gets stuck at the payment page. I'm using a Visa card. Anyone have any experience in how to handle this? The help line is on Telegram and I don't have a Telegram account. Alternatively, are there other reliable businesses you know that can help book these tickets for us? Much appreciated!
