Overnight in Astana airport

Hi all,

Just checking in to see if anyone came across or tried to sleep in the Astana Airport.

My domestic flight to Astana landed at 00:30, and guess it would be best fit if i stay overnight there and get to the center in the morning.

Is it safe?

It's quite safe, I snoozed for a while in the terminal waiting for a 4am flight last month.

I also had a nap in the airport last month around 2am, quite accommodating - I also bought a sensible slipper from the souvenir shop.

Arring yesterday. The single hall international definetly not suited unless you like stone floor. Just a few seats with armrests, thus no stretching out.
