Night bus from Bishkek to Karakol

Hi, I am flying to Bishkek and I want to take the night bus to Karakol on the same day. Is there any way (e.g. by phone, e-mail or website) to book the ticket in advance? Thank you.

You can buy GoBus tickets through their app (GoBus, publisher 12D) but at least on android it's not available in English. They have contact info on their website (https://gobus.kg/) as well (also not available in english, but easier to translate). I took a morning marshrutka so I don't have any experience with the night bus.
