We are 2 french, we applied our turkmen visa the 10 may in Téhéran and wanted to get it in Mashhad. Unfortunately, we were rejected and 3 other persons who were with us didn't get it also. Our entry date was not the same.

Hi.
Since 2 weeks I am cycling in Iran. I got my 5 days sarakhs farap within 10days.
Also I have not met anyone who got rejected.

2 x male motorcyclist, 2 x couples cycling, 3 x solo cyclist, 1 x couple travellers, 2 x solo travellers. All of them got their 5 days transit visa in Iran, pickup in mashhad.

There seem to be not too many rejections this month.

We are three Swiss cyclists and applied in Tehran on 25th of May for a 5 day transit visa bajgiran/gaudan to farap/alat, entry date 20th of june, pick up in Mashhad. Had to call several times because visa were not ready after 12 days as they told us and got refused on 15th of June.

Hi all together!
We ( a group of 7 people - 6 Romanian passports, 1 German passport) applied on 6th of June for Turkmenistan Transit Visa in Bucharest. The Ambassador and the Consul are very friendly. After 21 days the Consul called me and said: everything ok, You can bring the passports. I have to mention, that we had support from the Romanian Ambassador from Berlin and from the Romanian Ambassador from Ashgabat. They were in contact with the Turkmen authorities. We can pick up our Visas on Friday, so in three days.
We will travel with a VW Transporter 5. Minivan.
