Circle tour Bishkek - Almaty - Bishkek Share hire car

We like to travel from Bishkek to Almatyand back to Bishkek driving in a circle.
Actually we would prefer to start in Almaty and finish in Bishkek, as we start the Stans in Almaty.
However Iron Horse eg charges $150 for a 1 way rental.
In Kazakhstan we would like to see
1 Almaty
2 Atlyn Emel National Park
3 Charyn Canyon
4 Ile-Alatau National Park
5 Kolsai Lakes National Park
6 Talgar Pass
And in Kyrgyzstan we would like to see
1 Burana Tower
2 Ala Archa National Park
3 Issyk-Kul Lake
4 Song Kol Lake
5 Ala Kul
6 Altyn Arashan
7 Jeti-Oguz
8 Jyrgalan Valley
9 Kol-Tor lake
10 Ala Bel Mountain pass
11 Karakol
12 Konorchek Canyon
Not necessary to maybe see all and always interested in hearing for any other sites.
We also plan to do the Pamir Highway after this.

Hi Robert and Helen,

When are you planning on doing this trip? My partner and I are looking for car sharing companions for something very similar but in August. Does that work? If not, we would love to hear about your experience.
