Rail-gravel.kz VISA payment not working

Kazachstan Railway website does not seem to accept our VISA-cards. Does anyone know why? We've tried two cards both payments not accepted

My Visa card had no problems 3 days ago with tickets.kz

BUT if you are buying more than one ticket then you will have to purchase them as separate transactions as their system for buying 2 or more is not working!
