Knows anyone, if the same rules are in airlines like Pegasus, flying via Istanbul (transit only) to Almaty?

The only problem is limited legroom on Pegasus Airbus A320.

What is a bit strange is...on Sabiha Gokcen airport you go through baggage control even if you're on a connecting flight.
I saw poor Indian guy who had 3 coco colas and 3 waters 0,5l.(bought them on Vienna airport) On control, they told him that he can drink all there, or they put everything in trash.

Perhaps he has forgotten to tell in the airport shop, he will travel in transit, to pack liquids in special transit bags.
