How to book Osh - Tamchy (Issyk-Köl) flight

I read on Caravanistan and Lonely Planet that there exist some summer flights between Osh and Tamchy (Issyk-Köl).
Can anyone tell me how I should book them?

At the Aviakassa (any local booking agent in Osh) is the cheapest and easiest. Otherwise online perhaps.

Update: I just contacted the Aviakassa (via messenger-Facebook) and they say they don't have any flights (not even in summer) available. Will have to try again the day before flighing in Osh, I assume.
