Visit Pakistan as unvaccinated

Is it possible to visit Pakistan now as recovered, but unvaccinated, just with a PCR test?

How old should be a test, because some websites inform about 72 h and on others just 48 h?

Can anyone pls post a link to the GOV website with exact information?
