Sailing from Sri Lanka/India towards OZ

Hey folks,
does anybody know a reliable website or facebook page that offers places on a sailing boat?
Or do you by chance have experiences with "hitch hiking" on sailing boats?
I am looking particular for a boat from Sri Lanka or India towards South East Asia or Australia for beginning 2018.
What do you guys think how high would be the chance to get a "ride" if I look for boats at the harbor of colombo?
Don't got any experiences in that so far.
