Saudi Arabia tourist visa

They have launched a website for the tourist e-Visa. The price will be displayed only after you registered (which is weird, but their terms and conditions do quite clearly state that the price is variable). I have not yet tried registering. Eligible nationalities include most of Europe and a few other high-GDP countries.

I've decided to visit Saudi Arabia with the new tourist visa in Novemeber, so went ahead and got my e-visa today.

Can I use this trick to apply from Dubai, I work for freight forwarding company here in Dubai, I have vast experience in logistics, But never attend any conference or summit in Saudia but definitely wants to go visit Saudia.
