Finding driver in Kokand: Rishton>Margilan>Fergana

Quick question: Does anyone know if there's a place in Kokund. where folks can hire a car/find a shared taxi from Kokund to Rishton/Margilan/Fergana? I tried searching around this site and others, and I'm missing it. Any info or recs much appreciated. Thanks, NIS.

Just for info - you can download Yandex app and use it in Fergana and Margilan cities.

Regarding the shared taxi from Kokand, there is Uchkuprik car station, from there you can find bus and shared taxis to Fergana/Margilan/Rishtan, etc.. It is not far from Indorama Textile and you can find in Google maps as "Қоқон Автошохбекат".
