Same day Uzbekistan Entry & Exit by Double Entry Tourist E Visa allowed?

Next Month I want to visit Uzbekistan & Tajikistan. My Plan is Entry Uzbekistan by Flight on 15 April with Double Entry E-visa.
Then My trip Bukhara & Samarkand (till 20 April).
Then I want to visit Tajikistan By road from Samarkand to Dushanbe 21 APril (with Tajikistan E visa).
THen on 24 April I want to back from Khujand to Tashkent by road at morning & at 11 PM I want to catch My fight from Tashkent towards my Home country.

My Question is : On same day (24 APril) Can I Enter Uzbekistan & Departure From Uzbekistan ? Is it allowed by Uzbekistan Immigration / Border Authority?
