Can I get VOA if flying in from Vietnam?

Hello all

I'm currently in Vietnam and would like to fly to Uzbekistan in April and get a VOA. I can't find any Uzbek embassy in Vietnam, so is it possible to get an LOI and pick up a VISA at Tashkent?

Any information would be wonderful.

bwv812, your link still works for me. I assume fafo58 is browsing without VPN from a country where blogspot is blocked. Since blogspot is owned by Google, it has very reliable uptime.
