Dear all, has somebody good ideas for hiking in Rasht Valley? All basic trekking equipment (tent, stove, etc.) is available. There just shouldn't be any serious river or glacier crossings. Up to 7 days...

did you start planning your trip. I posted the link to Trekking in Tajikistan in your other post, that is your best bet right now. Otherwise, you need to figure it out yourself if you want to travel independently, there are no marked trails.
