buying a mobile phone and a notebook in China

I'm looking to buy:
a meizu o xiaomi phone in China and a notebook with UK keyboard. Any shops, bazaars or malls that sell original and good stuff?
I'll be going to kasgar,urumqui,xian and Shanghai most likely.

For the phone, I would give Amazon.cn a try, as it may be easier than hunting down stores and prowling malls. Enlist the help of a hostel if you need help with delivery. For computers, I think a UK layout will be difficult, as most Chinese use US layout.
