Entering China from Lo Manthang in Nepal, and pretty much riding through the Tibetan mountains to the Khunjerab pass, before doing the Karakorum highway. After that I will fly to Kashgar (If only Ladakh was ok...) and enter Tajikistan at the Kulma Pass.

Wild camping possible, as logistically this is the easiest?

I think you probably need to do some research on border crossings, visas, and permits for Tibet.

Only possible as a very expensive organized trip.
