China Kyrgystan border crossing Tortugart pass

Hy everyone.

We plan crossing the border from China to Kyrgystan by bike, we would like to cross the Tortugart Border.
Has anyone experience with this crossing?
It seems to be a little bit dificult crossing it to go into China,
is it easier to do it the other way? (China into Kyrgystan)

The Torugart pass requires a special permit and guide. I've never heard of anyone doing this by bike (and the cost for a vehicle is around $400), but it may be possible if you find a company willing to support you doing it by bike.
