Yandex go Taxi payment card scam

Hi everyone,
In Uzbekistan Yandex go taxi is a very popular apps. No doubt it. But do not use your credit or debit card as a payment method. When you link your card they charged 1000soms almost .09usd and promise back to the money with 24 hours. And after linked your card it's automatically disappeared in your apps. I reach to ta support team through the apps support tab. And they started many bulls story. Ultimate result big 0.
And finally they blamed this is your bank end problem not ours. Funny.
I suggest everyone not to use payment card as a payment method.

Wait, am I missing something or are you making such an argument about 10 cent? This is not a scam. They do this to check your card is legit. It's negligence by them to not automatically refund it, but considering the minimal amount of money it looks like you were actively searching for something to complain about.

10 cenet is no a big matter. My main concern is why the card disappeared? I tried 2 times. First one invisible with 5 mins. And the second one missing after one day. Total 20 cene gone.
Imagine getting 10 cents from every single customer and removing their card??

And the technical team is totally drama queen. Said the same thing again and again. A renowned plate form like Yandex could not find out what happened over a week. And the end of the day blaming the customer bank.

Definitely it's a scam. Hey buddy look at my first post I said it's popular service ..no doubt about it but if you failed to card issue then disable this system from the apps. Why are you cutting money from the customer? Failed to resolved and blaming to bank. what do you think??? Russian technical team also incompetent? My issue escalated to Russian headquarter & failed too.
If this is not SCAM they at least said sorry and get back to you so . Lol
