Turkmenistan Tour Operator Uzbekistan -> Iran

Hello, we plan to cross Turkmenistan in November this year from Uzbekistan to Iran. Does anybody knows a tour operator where we can book a tour for this way? I now have contacted three different tour operators, but no answer since more than two weeks...
