Travel to Iran from Tashkent by land

is there any passenger transport services available from tashkent to tehran or directly from Turkmenistan to Iran?
is it safe going through Turkmenistan?

Yes, I think it's very safe.
But you know that you can't travel on your own with a normal tourist visa - in this case you must get a guide from the state.Alone to travel is only possible with a transit visa - but this is another themat.
