Best country to buy a car/van

I will be in Kazakhstan (Almaty), Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan in May and I'm looking to purchase a car/van (dream is a UAZ 452) and drive it back to europe. Which of these countries would be the simplest to purchase a car as far as the registration & Insurance process and being able to get on the road the fastest?

Trip is Kazakhstan - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan - Turkmenistan/Kazkahstan again (depending on Turkmen Visa Approval) - Ferry to Azerbaijan - Georgia - Turkey - Bulgaria - Serbia - Hungary - Austria - Germany - France
