Tajikistan itinerary advice request

I’m planning some day treks in Tajikistan within the coming week in the Fann mountains area. I will be crossing the land border from Uzbekistan Samarkand to Panjakent and will make my way to Dushanbe. Is the travel order suitable and are the number of days allocated ok? Also how do I get transport between these areas? Any help is greatly appreciated! 😁

Panjakent -> Yakkakhona (near Artuch)
Spend 1 night in Yakkakhona

Yakkakhona -> jumaboy guesthouse (near 4th lake)
Spend 2 nights

Jumaboy guesthouse -> Dushanbe
