car type opinion: uaz patriot

i am not sure where to put this question under, so hope this is the correct forum

can anyone share their opinion, first or second hand experience, on the vehicle uaz patriot (year 2019-2020 and after)? i know it's a russian made vehicle, and some online reports say it isnt as reliable as toyota or subaru, but not sure if it is still applicable for more recent models.

i am considering this vehicle mainly for bigger boot space compared to renault duster

the driving itinerary would be the "standard" loop of SE kazakstan (assy plateau, saty, lake kolsai, charyn canyon, altyn emel) and NE kyrgyzstan (song kul, issy kul), in summer months.
