Hello,
We went to the Public Security Bureau of Jiangcheng to ask if it was possible to cross the border with Laos at Kou àn (written on Maps.ME).
A policeman told us that it wasn't possible. And he doesn't see it possible before 2-3 years.
(At Lan Touy, Laos side, they are not able to make the VOA, but swiss passport holders don't need it)
