Any way to legally bring a drone to Turkmenistan?

Hello,

I'm curious if there's a way to legally bring my drone into Turkmenistan? I don't want to try to smuggle it in and risk losing it at customs. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience on this front? I am an amateur drone pilot with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would check out options to ship it to your next destination, after Turkmenistan. Uzbekistan isnt great either.

There is no any way to bring legal the drone into Turkmenistan.
At least You have to be like official representive any TV company or hude organization like UNESCO which one going to rec cultural places.
or something like that,
but as amateur - sure You are not.... dont risk.

Im sure it's strictly forbidden.

We met one guy who had a drone with him and used it at darvaza crater. He didn't know it was illegal and he wasn't checked at the border (our luggage neither). Wouldn't recommend it though.
